Illinois Cities Give Campaign Cash to PAC’s?

How messed up is Illinois?

City of Waukegan gives $2400 to the AFL-CIO political action committee.  Click here to see all documents.

City of Wood River gives $340 to the Wood River Township Democratic organization.  Click here to see all documents.

Isn’t this stuff illegal?

Nothing about the State of Illinois surprises me. Many employers look at nonsense like this and just shun the State as a location. The concept of theft of government coffers by the Democratic Party and the unions is so common and well known that one just needs to be reminded from time to time. You do not have to even be anti-union to feel repulsed by information like this.
